Refund policy
Dacelo Distilling has a 14-day return policy. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unopened, sealed and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Simply email gday@dacelodistilling.com.au to start a return.
Return shipping
If your return is accepted, you will need to pay for the return shipping.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected and determined to be eligible for a refund, you will be issued a refund minus any shipping fees incurred by us when originally dispatching your order.
Refunds will be made immediately via your original payment method. It may, however, take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to show in your account.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods or customised products.
Additionally we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damaged items and other issues
Please flag with us immediately if:
- Your parcel is damaged upon delivery
- Items are defective or damaged in some way
- You receive the wrong item(s)
We will work with you to make it right.
