Shipping policy
Please note: We currently only ship within Australia.
Shipping options
All orders are sent via Australia Post.
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard
- Express
For online purchases, shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price paid at checkout will be the final price for shipping cost to you as the customer.
Delivery times
Delivery times will vary based on factors including your location. Typical shipment times are as follows:
- Standard shipping: 3 to 10 days
- Express shipping: 1 to 5 days
Dispatch times
Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of payment being made.
Change of delivery address
Requests to change the delivery address can be made at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, you will need to collect from the original delivery address provided when making the order.
Cancellations
If you change your mind, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
Items out of stock
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for the item to be available before dispatching your order. Existing items in the order will be reserved while we await this item.
Tracking notifications
Following dispatch, a tracking link can be supplied for Express shipping only.
Parcels damaged in transit
If your parcel is damaged in-transit, please email photos to gday@dacelodistilling.com.au and also present the package to Australia Post to seek compensation as per their guidelines. We will determine whether a refund or replacement is required once Australia Post has completed their investigation into the claim.
